Location: Cody / Powell, Wyoming (Repair Bear Heating & Cooling)
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Earning Potential: $23-$33/hr depending on experience (plus performance pay)

About the Job

We’re looking for an HVAC Installer to join our award-winning team at Repair Bear Heating & Cooling. In this role, you’ll install and commission residential HVAC systems while delivering quality service to our customers. Whether you’re early in your HVAC career or a seasoned pro, this opportunity offers strong earning potential and steady year-round work.

What You’ll Do

• Install and commission HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and ductwork
• Follow manufacturer specs and company standards to ensure quality installations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and team members
• Maintain truck inventory, cleanliness, and accurate paperwork
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
• Participate in training programs to develop your skills
• Join the on-call rotation as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and refrigerants
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
