Location: Duncanville, TX (Mechanical Comfort Systems)

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 (Base Salary + Performance Incentives)

What You’ll Do

• Keep daily operations on track and running efficiently
• Lead scheduling, dispatching, and resource management for service teams
• Improve processes to boost customer satisfaction and business growth
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to succeed
• Work closely with sales and marketing to align company goals
• Manage budgets, control costs, and build strong vendor relationships
• Ensure safety, compliance, and company standards are met every day

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership/operations management experience (HVAC background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC services, scheduling, and project management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Experience with CRM/dispatching software (a plus)
