HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician

Title: HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician

Location: Bishop, CA

Schedule: $35-55hr

Pay: 7am -5:30pm 4 days a week

Day to Day

  • Primarily residential HVAC — heating and air conditioning is the core focus
  • Also touches refrigeration, solar, fire sprinklers, water heaters/plumbing, and small residential boilers (not licensed for large commercial boilers)
  • Service area spans ~90 miles north/south of the shop, occasionally into Nevada
    Mix of new construction and retrofit work (~70–80% existing homes/businesses)
  • Handles 5–8 calls/day
  • Works independently in the field
  • Direct homeowner interaction — updates, walkthroughs, setting expectations
    No selling, upselling, or payment collection
