Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with 2+ years of field experience in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and clear, professional communication.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work meets code and safety standards
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
