Client Success Specialist

About the Role

As our Client Success Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients that request for clients that call in about HVAC services. In this role, you will play a key role in booking appts for HVAC comfort advisors and technicians

In this role, you’ll own your pipeline, take incoming calls transforming initial conversations into high-value business appts for HVAC services

Every day, you’ll be building strong relationships, nurturing them and setting appts for our portfolio companies

Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming calls from customers that want to book appt for HVAC services
  • Qualify and nurture leads through follow-up emails, text messages, and calls.
  • Manage the scheduling of meetings for the sales team.
  • Manage the pipeline of leads to generate long term follow ups.
  • Prepare in-depth notes for the sales team for all qualified prospects for the sales team.
  • Track and update lead status in CRM, ensuring clean data.
  • Collaborate with manager to optimize lead handoff and nurturing.
  • Own guests invite process to the highest level offerings
  • Handle streamline processes and boost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (In-person and over the phone).
  • Excellent written communication skills (Text and email).
  • Sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities.
  • Background in Sales or Customer Service (3-5 years).
  • Excellent at building rapport.
  • Open to growing rapidly.
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time.
  • Extremely organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood.

Results:

  • Maintain and improve a show rate of 80% for sales consults.
  • Drive pipeline deals to increase the total number of sales closed.
  • All qualified prospects are consistently followed up indefinitely.
  • Data is well maintained (data sheet filled out, CRM stages moved).
  • Remains well versed in the latest product offerings through continued education/trainings.
  • All internal communication cycles are properly followed.
  • Detailed notes are provided to the sales team.

Location: Remote

 

Compensation

$80,000 - $110,000 per year
